Fabrima E-Marketplace Return & Refund Policy for Customer

 

At Fabrima E-Marketplace, customer satisfaction is our priority. We offer a simple and transparent return process with a 24-hour return window for eligible products. Please review the return conditions and steps carefully.

Return Conditions

To ensure a smooth return process, the following conditions must be met:

 

1. Return Request Window: The customer must initiate the return request within 24 hours of delivery.

2. Package and QR Code Integrity: Returns will only be accepted if:

   - The package is not damaged, torn, or altered in any way.

   - The QR code on the goods is intact and undamaged. This QR code will be used to verify the authenticity of the returned goods.

3. QR Code Scanning: At the time of generating the return request, the customer must scan the QR code on the goods using the provided system. This scan ensures that the product being returned matches the one originally delivered.

 

Return Process

1. Initiating the Return: To start the return process:

·       Log in to your Fabrima E-Marketplace account and navigate to the Order History section.

·       Select the item you wish to return and follow the steps to scan the QR code on the product.

·       Submit the return request within 24 hours of receiving the goods.

 

2. Return Pick-Up: Once your return request is approved, our system will schedule a pick-up of the returned product within 48 hours or as per the availability of the delivery partner. Please ensure that the product is securely packed with the original packaging and QR code intact.

 

3. Replacement or Refund: After we collect the returned product, the following options are available:

·       Replacement: A replacement will be provided for the returned product. If a replacement is unavailable, a refund will be issued.

·       Refund: If a refund is applicable, it will be processed within 7 business days from the date of pick-up.

 

 

 

Additional Guidelines

 

·       Damaged Goods: If the product you received is damaged or defective, please raise the return request within 24 hours and follow the steps for returning the product.

·       Non-Returnable Items: Certain products may not be eligible for return due to their nature, such as custom-made items or products labelled as non-returnable on the product page.

·       Final Decision: Fabrima E-Marketplace reserves the right to accept or reject return requests based on the condition of the goods and adherence to the return policy.

 

Fabrima E-Marketplace reserves the right to modify this Return and Refund Policy at any time. Vendors will be notified of any changes through the platform, and continued use of the platform will constitute acceptance of the updated policy.
